Our night vision is built to order for the end user. Each order is hand made for the customer making sure every last detail is perfect. Since these are highly specialized and expensive units, they also incur massive card processing fees for refunds. Due to all units being custom to the end user, and not being able to sustain taking losses in card processing fees, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations on orders due to changed minds.
